Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Portugal & Europe Shipping is carried out via CTT / DPD. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

United Kingdom Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

United States & Canada Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the World We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days depending on the destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
